Role & responsibilities Deputy Manager HR (Ethics & PoSH) Job Category: Job Description Corporate Compliance: Ethics and PoSH • End-to-end governance of the Ethics and PoSH processes • Coordination for all proceedings relating to the Ethics and PoSH committees • Monitor channels of reporting and track escalations • Monitor documentation systematic maintenance of Reports and MIS • Drive case investigations, coordinate with concerned stakeholders and ensue timely case closure • Collate root causes and process gaps for reported cases and ensure process amendments are completed • Schedule and facilitate review meetings on a weekly / quarterly basis • Review & Report Draft quarterly dashboard, Annual Compliance Report and file Annual Returns • Organise training and sensitization sessions, share participation and completion reports with relevant stakeholders • Create awareness on the subject through internal platforms Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience of 2-3 years in Retail, Ecommerce, Logistics with prior experience in handling Posh, Ethics cases , posh governance , handling ,Annual Compliance Report and file Annual Returns industry Full-time Human Resources Location: Support Office, Andheri Manager Ethics & PoSH Qualification: Graduate MBA (Preferred)
