Assistant Manager - Engagement & COE

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Own engagement initiatives end to end: plan & execute, and close out programs across the engagement calendar, including culture and employee connect initiatives. • Turn engagement data into decisions: run survey and pulse reporting, build dashboards, and translate results into insights and action plans leadership can act on. • Project-manage the engagement calendar: Timelines and cross-functional dependencies, delivering multiple initiatives in parallel without dropping quality. • Partner with HRBPs and business teams to land initiatives across locations and drive participation. • Measure and report impact: Define success upfront, track it, and present outcomes to HR leadership on a regular cadence.
