We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Civil to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent project management skills. Roles and Responsibility • Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or defects. • Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. • Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues and improve designs. • Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress updates and financial statements. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
