HR Operations/Analyst Executive - US Shift (Males Preferred)

**Role & responsibilities** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations. **The role is for the US shift (6PM-3AM). Male candidates are preferred.** - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and employee documentation while ensuring data accuracy in the HRMS. - Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, leave, vacancies, and other key people metrics. - Support payroll by validating attendance, leave records, employee master data, and coordinating with payroll vendors/internal teams for timely processing. - Maintain HRMS data integrity, generate reports, perform regular data audits, and support HR digitization and process improvement initiatives. - Coordinate recruitment operations including interview scheduling, offer documentation, pre-joining formalities, and maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring reports. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, audit documentation, and maintenance of confidential employee records. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, induction programs, reward & recognition activities, and support employee communication and grievance coordination. - Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights, support workforce planning, and assist HR leadership with decision-making through accurate reporting and dashboards. **Preferred candidate profile** **Technical Skills** - Strong MS Excel - PowerPoint - HRMS (PeopleStrong, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar) **Behavioral Competencies** - High attention to detail - Strong analytical mindset - Excellent communication skills - Process-oriented approach - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Customer-focused and collaborative - High level of integrity and confidentiality **Comfortable working in US Shift (6PM-3AM).** **Exp:** 1-3 yrs
