**Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations, grievance handling, talent retention, workforce planning, and HR analytics while ensuring a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. - Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. - Drive the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans (PIPs). - Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and investigations. - Monitor attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, identify root causes, and implement retention initiatives. - Support manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational restructuring. - Coach and guide managers on people management, performance issues, and HR policies. - Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. - Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives. - Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, performance, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics. - Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and critical hiring requirements. - Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with business leaders. - Support organizational change management and HR transformation initiatives. Required Skills - Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering and Generalist HR functions. - Expertise in Performance Management and PIP management. - Hands-on experience in employee relations and grievance handling. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR dashboards. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. - 510 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles supporting business functions. Preferred Experience - Experience managing a workforce of 500+ employees. - Exposure to performance management, attrition control, employee engagement, HR analytics, and change management. - Experience working with HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
