HRIS Specialist - Darwinbox Implementation & Configuration

Job description

We are seeking an experienced **HRIS Specialist** with strong expertise in **Darwinbox implementation, configuration, and Super Admin activities**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing HR technology solutions and optimizing HR processes. Experience in **HR Operations** and **HR Business Partnering (HRBP)** will be an added advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support **Darwinbox implementation**, administration, and system enhancements. - Manage Darwinbox as a **Super Admin**, including user administration, workflows, roles, permissions, and system configurations. - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement HRIS solutions. - Ensure smooth system operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the vendor for resolutions. - Support HR process automation and continuous system improvements. - Maintain data accuracy, system documentation, and compliance with organizational policies. - Provide end-user training and ongoing support to HR & Business teams. **Required Skills** - Hands-on experience in **Darwinbox implementation and administration**. - Strong experience working as a **Darwinbox Super Admin**. - Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in **HR Operations** and/or **HR Business Partnering (HRBP)** is an added advantage. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Experience** - **6 to 10 years** of relevant experience in HRIS, with significant hands-on experience in Darwinbox.
