**Company:** Finolex Cables Ltd. **Location:** Pune (Head Office) | Travel Across India **Experience:** 712 Years Finolex Cables Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate **Sales Trainer** to enhance the capabilities of our Sales Team across India. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sales training, product training, coaching, and capability development, preferably from the Electrical, Cable, Wire, Switchgear, Consumer Durables, or Building Materials industry. **Key Responsibilities :** - Design, develop, and deliver impactful Sales Training Programs. - Conduct induction training for new Sales employees. - Deliver Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Negotiation, Channel Sales, and Customer Relationship Management training. - Coach and mentor Sales Executives, Territory Managers, and Sales Managers. - Identify training needs through field visits, performance analysis, and stakeholder discussions. - Develop training modules, presentations, learning materials, and e-learning content. - Measure training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and business outcomes. - Coordinate with Regional Sales Heads and HR teams to drive capability-building initiatives. - Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. **Preferred Industry :** Electrical | Cables | Wires | Switchgear | Consumer Durables | Building Materials | Industrial Products **Desired Candidate Profile :** - 7-12 years of experience in Sales Training or Learning & Development. - Strong understanding of Channel Sales, Dealer & Distributor Management. - Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Willingness to travel extensively across India.
