JOB SUMMARY: ?To achieve renewal targets, whilst ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction remain paramount. ?Responsible for renewal targets through customer interaction on Inbound/Outbound. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Shift focus from top line driven effort to managing input levers like increasing efficiency ? To manage personal workloads efficiently create opportunities to achieve and increase renewal persistency. ? Capacitate, drive productivity and performance ? The team is primarily responsible for making outbound calls to customer to inform him/her about the renewals, ? To ensure minimum productivity standards are met at all times. ? Maintain cheque bounce below 2 % ? Cross sell/up sell products ? Build work culture of zero tolerance towards non-compliance and misconduct ? Maintain quality scores above 85% and ensure improvement. ? arrange for payment instrument collection, collect payment through online channels and reconcile payments received with the Finance teams ?
