For more information on the Group, please visit: **https://www.godrejindustries.com/** **About the Role** The Specialist Health & Wellness will be responsible for driving corporate health services across the Godrej Industries Group by strengthening occupational health governance, statutory compliance, preventive healthcare, and employee wellbeing initiatives. The role will also lead digital health transformation, standardize health practices across Group companies, and build strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure world-class occupational health services. **Roles & Responsibilities** **Occupational Health & Statutory Compliance** - Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, applicable Labour Codes, ESI Act, and other occupational health regulations across Group entities. - Oversee statutory medical examinations and ensure accurate maintenance of health records and registers. - Conduct workplace health risk assessments, hazard identification, and exposure monitoring in collaboration with EHS and Safety teams. - Drive occupational disease surveillance, incident reporting, and closure of corrective actions. - Liaise with regulatory authorities, inspectors, and statutory bodies on occupational health matters. **Employee Health & Wellbeing** - Design and implement employee wellbeing programmes covering preventive healthcare, nutrition, ergonomics, mental wellness, and chronic disease management. - Lead health camps, vaccination drives, medical screenings, awareness programmes, and wellness initiatives across locations. - Analyse employee health trends and recommend preventive interventions to improve workforce wellbeing. - Partner with internal stakeholders on employee health benefits and wellness policy development. **Digital Health & MIS** - Drive adoption of digital health platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHR), telemedicine solutions, and health technology initiatives. - Develop and manage health MIS, dashboards, analytics, and periodic management reports. - Standardize health data capture, reporting frameworks, and documentation across Group locations. - Identify opportunities to digitize and continuously improve health processes and systems. **Global Health Resource Coordination** - Coordinate occupational health resources, protocols, and standards across Group businesses and global locations. - Support implementation of consistent health policies and governance across geographies. - Guide onboarding and governance of medical officers, occupational health professionals, and healthcare vendors. - Benchmark health practices against global standards and recommend continuous improvements. **Hospital & Emergency Care Management** - Manage empanelment and relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, and emergency care providers. - Oversee occupational health centre operations, medical infrastructure, and paramedical staff. - Ensure emergency response preparedness, first-aid facilities, medical equipment, and evacuation protocols. - Support clinical treatment management, employee fitness assessments, and return-to-work protocols. **Documentation, Audit & Reporting** - Maintain confidential employee health records in accordance with statutory and data privacy requirements. - Prepare periodic health, compliance, incident, and management reports. - Support internal, external, statutory, and ISO audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. **Key Skills** **Leadership Competencies** - MBBS from a recognized university. - **Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) Mandatory.** **Experience** - 6+ years of experience in Occupational Health, Corporate Health, or Employee Wellness within manufacturing, industrial, or large corporate organisations. - Strong knowledge of the Factories Act, Labour Codes, ESI Act, and occupational health regulations. - Experience in designing and implementing employee wellness and preventive healthcare programmes. - Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), digital health platforms, telemedicine, and health analytics. - Experience managing hospital empanelment, healthcare partnerships, and emergency response systems. - Exposure to coordinating occupational health programmes across multiple manufacturing locations or geographies. - Strong clinical judgment with experience in occupational health risk management and emergency care. - Proficiency in MS Office, health management systems, dashboarding, and reporting tools. - Prior experience working in a group or cong
