Roles and Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria. • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile • 1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or human resources management. • Strong understanding of bulk hiring, leadership hiring, volume hiring processes. • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (stakeholders). • Proficiency in BPO hiring practices with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
