Field Recruiter – Rider Hiring | Licious | Mumbai Licious is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit and onboard delivery riders by conducting field hiring activities and managing candidate pipelines. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who enjoy field operations, recruitment, and building strong relationships with candidates. Key Responsibilities: Source and hire delivery riders through field recruitment, job portals, referrals, and calling databases. Visit critical hiring locations across Mumbai on a daily basis to generate quality candidate leads. Conduct candidate screening, explain job roles, and coordinate interviews and onboarding. Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates to ensure successful joining and retention. Build relationships with local communities, rider networks, and referral partners to increase hiring volumes. Maintain accurate recruitment records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
