Organisational capability; workforce planning; recruitment; employee retention; performance culture; leadership and succession; employee engagement; statutory compliance; Industrial Relations; safety; HR systems and HR operational excellence. Statutory and labour compliance. Preferred candidate profile Should know Tamil language.
