HR Payroll Specialist Full & Final Settlement Location: Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 5+ Years Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll professional with strong hands-on experience in Indian Payroll, particularly in Full & Final (F&F) settlements and payroll taxation. This role will primarily focus on managing accurate and timely Full & Final payments, settlement calculations, and related tax compliance. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Full & Final settlement processes for employees. • Calculate and process F&F payments, including salary, leave encashment, deductions, gratuity and other applicable components. • Handle payroll taxation and ensure accurate tax calculations during F&F settlements. • Ensure compliance with Indian payroll statutory requirements. • Coordinate with HR, Finance and other stakeholders for timely closure of employee settlements. • Validate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of settlement calculations. • Resolve employee queries related to F&F settlements, deductions and taxation. • Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll and settlement calculations. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in Indian Payroll. • Strong hands-on experience in Full & Final Settlement is mandatory. • Good understanding of Indian payroll taxation and statutory compliance. • Experience handling employee settlements from initiation to closure. • Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, deductions and leave encashment. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Profile Candidates who have worked extensively on Indian Payroll + Full & Final settlements + Payroll Taxation will be preferred.
