**Job Description**: SAP HR & Payroll Consultant (SuccessFactors) **Location:** Navsari / Surat **Designation:** SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (HR & Payroll) **Core Focus:** End-to-end management of RCM, EC, Onboarding, and Payroll integration. We are looking for a specialized **SAP HR & Payroll Consultant** to own our end-to-end HRIS architecture. You will be responsible for the seamless synchronization of employee data across the entire SuccessFactors suite and ensuring 100% accuracy in payroll processing. This role is perfect for a professional who understands the technical side of SAP configuration and the functional complexities of Indian payroll legislation. Key Technical Responsibilities 1. SAP SuccessFactors Module Management - **Recruiting (RCM):** Manage end-to-end recruitment configurations, including job requisition workflows and offer approval processes. - **Employee Central (EC):** Act as the system architect for Foundation Objects, Position Management, and Organization Management. - **Onboarding:** Configure automated onboarding flows to ensure a zero-touch transition from candidate selection to employee profile creation. 2. Payroll Operations & Integration - **Payroll Configuration:** Manage the configuration of **Employee Central Payroll (ECP)** or ensure flawless data integration (PTP - Payroll Time & Pay) with external payroll systems. - **Compliance & Statutory Reporting:** Ensure all configurations adhere to Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF). - **Data Accuracy:** Ensure that changes in EC (salary hikes, promotions, department changes, separations) are accurately captured and reflected in the payroll run. - **Discrepancy Resolution:** Perform payroll simulation runs, troubleshoot calculation errors, and resolve issues related to retroactive accounting. Required Technical Competencies - **Integration Expertise:** Proven experience in setting up and troubleshooting **Point-to-Point (PTP) replication** between SuccessFactors EC and Payroll. - **Payroll Domain Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Indian statutory compliance and tax structures. - **Technical Tools:** - Strong proficiency in **Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)**. - Ability to read and modify **XML configurations** where necessary. - Experience in **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)** and post-go-live support. Candidate Profile - **Education:** MBA (HR) or B.Tech with relevant **SAP Certification** in SuccessFactors (Employee Central / Payroll).
