Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions. - Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding coordination. - Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures. - Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and quality of hire. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. - Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. - Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with ATS and MS Excel is preferred. **Key Skills** Talent Acquisition | End-to-End Recruitment | Candidate Sourcing | Interview Coordination | Stakeholder Management | Recruitment Planning | Naukri | LinkedIn Recruiter | Offer Management | Campus Hiring | Employee Referrals | MIS Reporting | ATS Why Join PRISM? - Opportunity to work in a high-growth organization. - Collaborative and employee-centric work culture. - Exposure to diverse hiring across multiple business functions. - Learning and career growth opportunities. - Performance-driven rewards and recognition.
