Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions. • Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding coordination. • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures. • Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and quality of hire. Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. • Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with ATS and MS Excel is preferred.
