**Key Roles & Responsibilities** - To achieve sales targets using consultative sales approach, whilst ensuring service levels of our assigned Advisor and customer satisfaction remain paramount. - Responsible for sales targets through Advisor and Inbound and outbound sales. **Key Roles & Responsibilities** - To Manage the Advisors PAN India virtually from central office. - To provide Consistent & Superior Digital Experience to our advisors. - Achievement of Contact policy defined & manage Call handling as Achievement of Contact policy defined & manage Call handling as per defined standards. - Reach out to existing and new advisors to present our products , Monthly contest , Shortfall & Service Offerings. - Address all questions or issues advisors may have - Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need if any - Offer Solutions based on advisors need & Capabilities - Always strive towards meeting sales targets - Proper hand holding of assigned advisors for Product , Process , System , Applications training & Learnings. - Adherence to set processes of updating customer interactions in CRM next. - Providing world class Advisor and customer experience. - Needs to have a clear understanding of the internal and regulatory policies. **Key Requirements Education & Certificates** - Any Graduate **Key Requirements - Experience & Skills** - Good Communication Skills. - 1-2 Years of experience in Insurance industry and preferences in Agency channel.
