Role Purpose Lead the HR Operations function for ICICI Securities, ensuring seamless, efficient and employee-centric delivery of core HR processes while continuously transforming the function through process simplification, digitisation, automation, analytics and self-service . The role will suit an HR Operations leader who combines strong execution discipline with a transformation mindset —someone who challenges existing ways of working, identifies root causes and builds scalable, technology-enabled HR processes. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Operations Leadership • Own end-to-end HR Operations and ensure accurate, timely and seamless delivery of employee lifecycle processes. • Lead processes covering employee data management, onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, HR documentation, payroll inputs, employee queries and HR compliance. • Establish robust SLAs, governance mechanisms, controls and service standards. • Build a high-performing HR Operations team with strong ownership and service orientation. 2. Process Transformation & Continuous Improvement • Review existing HR processes • Identify inefficiencies, duplication, manual interventions and control gaps. • Redesign workflows to make them simpler, faster and more employee-friendly. • Establish a culture of continuous improvement within HR Operations. 3. HR Technology, Automation & Digitalisation • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive/manual HR processes and reduce dependency on offline interventions. • Drive adoption and optimisation of HRMS, workflow tools, employee self-service and digital documentation. • Partner with HR Technology, IT and business teams to implement new systems and process enhancements. • Leverage analytics and emerging technologies to improve HR service delivery. • Ensure HR processes are designed for digital-first and self-service delivery wherever appropriate. 4. Employee Experience • Improve the employee experience across the entire HR lifecycle. • Build simple, intuitive and responsive HR service channels. • Analyse employee queries and recurring issues to identify opportunities for systemic fixes rather than transactional resolution. • Develop clear HR process documentation, FAQs and self-service solutions. 5. HR Data, Analytics & Controls • Ensure accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of employee master data. • Establish strong HR MIS, dashboards and operational metrics. • Use data to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for intervention. • Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, statutory regulations and HR controls. 6. Stakeholder Management • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning, Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal and business leadership. • Act as the key point of escalation for complex HR operational matters. • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and ensure HR Operations is viewed as a value-adding partner rather than a transactional function.
