Role & responsibilities • Conduct employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive organizational culture. • This role involves analyzing attrition and retention metrics • Ensuring adherence to POSH guidelines, and overseeing disciplinary actions. • Manage leave and attendance systems • Address employee grievances in a timely and effective manner Preferred candidate profile • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role. • Strong understanding of labor laws and POSH guidelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
